These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Michil ("we", "us", or "our"), the website at tathirmichil.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Tathir Mohtadi Chowdhury, an individual based in Bangladesh.

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Michil provides IBA and related university admission preparation resources, including mock tests, live and practice tests, study materials, blogs, personal batch mentoring, live classes, leaderboards, and physical book sales.

Features available to you depend on your account type and subscription status. Some features require a paid subscription.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may create one account per person. Sharing account credentials or allowing others to use your premium account is prohibited and may result in suspension.

You must notify us promptly at tathirmichil@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, duration, and included features are described on the relevant pages of the Service at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through bKash. By completing a payment, you authorize us to charge the stated amount for the selected subscription plan.

Premium subscriptions may be subject to device limits. We use device identification to enforce these limits and protect against unauthorized account sharing.

Subscription access begins upon successful payment confirmation and continues for the purchased duration unless terminated earlier under these Terms.

Physical products such as The IBA Book are sold through the Service. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate delivery information and pay the stated price including any applicable delivery charges.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability.

Refund requests for subscriptions and book orders are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at tathirmichil@gmail.com with your account email, order or payment details, and reason for the request.

We are under no obligation to provide a refund, particularly where substantial access to premium content has already been used or a physical product has been shipped.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Share, copy, distribute, or publicly post premium content, test questions, or study materials outside the platform.

Attempt to cheat on tests, manipulate leaderboard rankings, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

Circumvent device limits, subscription restrictions, or any security measures.

Harass, abuse, or harm other users, instructors, or staff.

Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our permission.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

All content on the Service — including test questions, study materials, class recordings, slides, blog posts, branding, and software — is owned by Tathir Mohtadi Chowdhury or licensed to us. It is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content for your own educational preparation. You may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute any content without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Contact us at tathirmichil@gmail.com if you wish to delete your account.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.

The Service is provided for educational preparation purposes only. We do not guarantee admission to any university or specific test scores.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Bangladesh, Tathir Mohtadi Chowdhury and Tathirmichil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or BDT 1,000, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
